Madelyn is a Preschooler!!

Madelyn has been at The Treehouse Family Childcare since 12 weeks old, so making the move into an actual preschool was a big decision for us.  She loved the Treehouse and all of her friends there so we knew it would be a big transition for her....and us.

We have one full week under our belts at the new school and so far she is adjusting well.  The first week was a little rough on Adam and I because she cried every morning when we dropped her off.   We knew it was just a transition phase because every afternoon she was happy and playing when I got there to pick her up.

So far this week we have had two smooth drop offs with no tears.  This makes it much easier on the parents!!  We enjoy hearing about her day each evening and she seems to already have the student thing down, Adam asked her the other night what she learned at school that day and she quickly responded with "nothing".   I guess we will need to be more specific with our questions.
